`fullName` preset for name fields

Name and card holder fields now accept only letters and single spaces.

What changed

fullName preset: Letters of any language and single spaces, starting with a letter, 70 characters at most. It sets autoComplete: "name".
Card holder name: Use { preset: "fullName", autoComplete: "cc-name" }.
Hyphen and apostrophe: They are not accepted by default. To allow them, spread presets.fullName.options into definePreset with your own n token.
Negative max fix: With signed: true and max: -5, typing -10 gave -50. A negative max now applies on blur, and parseMasked returns number.max for -3 instead of changing it to -5. A max of zero or above works as before.
Turkish phone fix: Pasting 0905551234567 into { preset: "phone", country: "TR" } showed (905) 551 23 45, and the value did not match the display. It now gives (555) 123 45 67.

Mask 2.0 removed the alpha preset, so every name field needed its own pattern. The card form in the Start checkout-card module needed this first.
